  • What office (or offices) are you applying for?
  • Do you have the permanent right to work in the UK/EU or America?
  • When would you be available for starting work?

GRADUATE HIRES

We are happy to receive CVs and enquiries all year round for our Associate Consultant (graduate) roles.  However, unlike experienced hires we assess graduates according to a more formal timeline in accordance with the academic year, and Associates usually start their career with Chartwell either in September or in February.

To apply, please email the relevant office with your CV attached as a Word or PDF document.
No cover letter is needed when applying for a role as an Associate providing you answer the following questions in your application email:

2. Selection days

Assessment days will be held throughout the year, and will consist of:

    • Individual case study, testing analytical, mathematical and logical capability
    • Individual present back on case study, to a Partner
    • Individual chat with a Chartwell Partner.

3. Final Interview

For those who successfully pass the selection day, there will be a final interview.  This will be with two of the partners and will be an informal discussion to assess your fit with the Chartwell team and a few problem solving exercises.  Offers will be made shortly thereafter.
