Experienced hires should apply for either Consultant or Senior Consultant roles based on the number of years experience.
Consultant: You have 1 or more years experience working for a professional consulting firm.
Senior Consultant: You have a masters degree, at least 3-4 years of consulting experience and a proven track record of delivering substantial results.
We are always willing to consider applications to our UK, US, Swiss and German offices and will discuss appropriate start dates on an individual basis. We are happy to receive CVs, cover letters and enquiries all year round for our Associate Consultant (graduate) roles. 2. Selection days
Assessment days will be held throughout the year, and will consist of:
- Maths and mechanical reasoning tests
- Group problem solving case study
- Individual case study, testing analytical, mathematical and logical capability
- Individual present back on case study, to a Partner
- Individual chat with a Chartwell Partner.
Please dress smartly and come equipped with stationary suitable for a maths exam.
3. Final Interview
For those who successfully pass the selection day, there will be a final interview. This will be with two of the partners and will be an informal discussion to assess your fit with the Chartwell team and a few problem solving exercises. Offers will be made shortly thereafter.
