The consistent 20%-50% improvement that we deliver in project after project has enabled us to grow our consulting team rapidly, as well as expand locations. Last year we set-up a US office, based in Boston, which allows us to support the US operations of our European clients more easily, and work with new US-based companies.
The office is led by Mike George, who has spent over 15 years working with manufacturers ranging in size from $500m to $15bn.

The Boston office is planning significant growth to meet the demand within the US market. This growth will be built on the strong foundation already established by Mike and his team, and supported by colleagues from Europe who have been seconded to Boston. It will also include the recruitment of new faces, particularly from Mike’s alma mater, Cornell, and MIT. “We have hired six new people this year and have plans for similar growth over the upcoming years – it is a very exciting time!”
